HOW IT BEGAN

After seeing an article in Life magazine about a murder by teenage gangs, David Wilkerson heard God speak, “Go to New York City and help those boys.”

From simple beginnings, Teen Challenge has grown to over 200 locations in the US & Canada and over 1000 around the world.

ADULT & TEEN CHALLENGE
OF WYOMING

Adult & Teen Challenge Wyoming is a faith-based 501c3 nonprofit program offering hope and recovery to anyone dealing with addictions to drugs, alcohol, or other life-controlling situations. We are faith-based because we know that it takes the power of Jesus Christ to truly set people free from a lifestyle of drug and alcohol addiction. We are a ministry of Adult & Teen Challenge USA. Through effective discipleship, mentoring, and life-skills training, ATC and its affiliates have seen positive outcomes and radical life-transformation throughout a 60-year history.
